Take a peek: OASIS E in 20213/20/2020 Just barely three (3) months in OASIS-D1, then CMS had publicized OASIS-E instrument in CMS website last March 18. Change is indeed the only constant thing in the field of Home Health. The recently posted OASIS-E Draft had the finalized updates in the CMS Home Health CY 2020 Final Rule which will be effective 1st of January, 2021. This draft of the latest version of OASIS also showed the additional items which will integrate across Post-Acute-Care settings data collection. There was no accompanying guidance revision yet included in the posted draft. This draft however, has yet to be approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
